Info : THE ANNUAL HOROSCOPE OF THE EARTH has been interpreted through the Aries Point + the 8 Invisible planets (uranian points) + the visible traditional planets. The total constellations of this horoscope gives us information on the tendencies in the world during the year 2010. For a more accurate analysis we will investigate both the full factors and the half-sums of the most significant axes according to the world countries choosen for this year .. in particular the USA and ITALY only mentioning AFGANISTAN, IRAN, IRAQ, ISRAEL, PAKISTAN. (By the way, the annual ASCENDENT of the USA falls in the 7th House of the Earth Horoscope which is a place of relationships but also conflicts, whereas the annual ASCENDENT of Italy falls in the 10th House which is the government).
The method of investigation is the uranian one – Hamburg School Astrology – using the two tools : DIAL 360° and 90°.

The annual horoscope of the world, erected for the Sun entrance at 0° Capricorn on the 21st December 2009, GMT 17:48:17, shows the constellations valid for the year 2010 in the system of the Earth houses (Earth or World horoscope) .
We can visualize the whole picture in graphic n.1 and particularly see in what sections the Uranian planets reside (Invisible or in the uranian tradition called: Transneptunians) as well as the other traditional planets. We find all the annual Ascendents of the countries mentioned above in this graphic.

CLUSTERS are the most important planetary pictures of the year. They are the following in the year 2010:
MOON NODE = HADES
PLUTO = VULCANUS
SATURN = MARS
KRONOS = APOLLON = MARS
VULCANUS = PLUTO = SATURN
POSEIDON = VENUS
JUPITER = NEPTUN = ADMETOS = CUPIDO
ADMETOS = CUPIDO
In general, they suggest the following synthesis : Difficult circumstances, disasters in the environment, earthquakes (Moon Node in 4th house) and several other awful events, can hit the Earth bringing great and quick changes, as well as death and disruption.
The severe problems in the field of the economy that were not totally solved by the governments during the last year 2009, keep on this year 2010. There is still the risk of recession and inflation and the real economy doesn’t grow homogeneously. The radical or expert financial groups, the so-called lobbies, speculate irresponsably on the Stock Exchange gambling on the rise or on the fall. In general the working plans go on with difficulties after interruptions or restrictions. There is lack of transparency and vagueness, secrecy as well as a tendency to resort to subterfuge prevail.. Religious matters, rather fundamentalism, play a prominent role in this year .
Let’s go into the details of the constellations, putting them together in order for a better reading.
a): HADES : THE EVIL (in connection with the MOON NODE )
HADES with its global meanings: lack, wickedness, insensitivity, insufficiency, indigence, decay, disruption, fraud, manipulation, abuse, etc. disturbs the year 2010 (Hadés = Moon Node). Recently in the Annual horoscope for 2008 the world experienced Hades’ bad power in the awful planetary picture : Pluto/Hadés = Aries Point which underlined the event of the crack in the financial markets and the crisis of the Western Countries. In the annual horoscope 2009 Hadés was still dominant: in reality the economic crisis was not totally overcome. The signals are not good even for 2010. On the 1st August 2010 HADES will ingress Cancer, in the 10th house of the Earth horoscope in square with URANUS just ingressed in Aries at the end of May. Evil can strike without any warning.
In the Dial 90°, graphic. n.3 (HADES axis), we can see the meaning of HADES for the year 2010 :

We can read two different kinds of information. One doesn’t exclude the other .
1. ) The evil with its destructive mechanisms is connected to 2010 (Hades= Moon node) as we already stated above. The political authority of the leaders is expressed in a climate of tensions and provoques unforeseen lacerations and separations of the social tissue.
Radical economical groups hold tight on to their objectives of expansion and wealth, in despite of their governments, since they have a strong power of action. As far as they are concerned, the leaders may interfere strongly in irresponsible behaviours, although their success is not always guaranteed. All should change their vision and lifestyle but it doesn’t seem attainable yet.
2.) The evil with its disruptive mechanisms hits life on Earth. The inflicted wounds onto the planet by the leaders who are focussed on the individual concerns, could be healed if their personal vision would be substituted by a global vision focussed on the necessary survival of the planet ( we signal a constellation which is almost like a message from the Earth to its inhabitants: Hadés/Admetos = Saturn : “the planet is dying”).
In order to evolve from a consumer’s vision of a wild exhaustion of the planet, the constellations suggest to obey not only the conscience but also the science, letting shine light regarding inconsiderate actions
From their point of view the political parties in power and the small opinion groups (Cupido in 3rd house) are on the scenery of an environmental disaster, but ecologists and journalists seem to have –with Admetos in the 8th house (Cu/Ad) a more urgent consciousness of the current risks of the planet.
Notice : the constellations together are in contradiction. On one hand the great leaders are insensitive to the problems and on the other hand opinion groups are conscious of the coming disaster.
When on the first of August HADES will ingress effectively the nutritious sign of Cancer, the life of the planet Earth will shake in the first place.
And these will be the constellations:
Hades = Uranus= Sun/KRONOS = Saturn = Aries point. “ It is a particularly difficult scenery for the planet Earth. Unexpected and tragic aspects maybe also for the life of some leader”.
We see that HADES as well as URANUS have ingressed both in cardinal signs, passing in the Dial 90°, over the Aries point, indicator of the public life.
Besides the problems of survival of the planet, other sudden hurting and painful events in the world may occur.
As far as the health of the planet is concerned, it doesn’t seem that the “great” political leaders of the Earth have untill now gotten the serious impact of the message of HADES, considering what has happened during the recent Conference in Copenhagen. The expectations were not met: the “great ones”didn’t feel the urgency to mobilise themselves, nor did they sign a global pact to become immediately operational to the service of a solution. The United States, China, India, Brasil, South Africa on the last day have issued a formal declaration of tasks and principles.
The top has reached a conclusion which boiles down to a mere nothing- of- fact.
THE SERVICE is the only positive key-word of HADES in a fan of ruinous significations. If the problem will continue to be underestimated, the world can expect the growing of evil in an irreversible proces of destruction.
NOTICE: The constellation : Hades =Moon Node = MARS/URANUS: it can have other meanings referring to natural catastrophical and destructive events.
Some days after having written these notes a catastrophy occurred : the earthquake in Haiti. At the moment that I am writing (14 january 2010) officially 100.000 dead people have been counted already.
The most devastating constellations are the following :
a. 1) HADES = MOON NODE in the chart of the USA (see graphic n. 4)
With Hades in the 3rd House and Node in the 10th House there is no idyl between the government and the public opinion. The different ways of thinking creates a loss of convincing power on the side of president Obama (=his Sun r/Sun d) ,
a.2) HADES = MOON NODE in the chart of Italy (see graphic n.5)
With Hades in the 12th House and Node in the 6th House there are daily problems which are intentionally kept hidden by strong powerful groups and the reticent media.
Tendentially benefic, although each rule has its exception, Cupido sits still in the 3rd House of the Earth Horoscope and underlines the importance of opinion groups, newspapers, media and journalists, journalistic headlines, information and dialectical confrontation.
In Dial 360° (graphic n 1) we see it connected with Admetos in the 8th House and Jupiter-Neptune in the 5th House.
The total of constellations suggests the image of financial groups which play with the capitals for speculative reasons.
In general terms the constellation : Jupiter=Neptune = Admetos = Cupido = Uranus /Vulcanus doesn’t favour the economic expansion but introduces sudden unforeseen factors of destabilising forces.
b1) Cupido in the 5th House in Italy (graphic n. 5) : with on top Admetos in the 10th House, Jupiter and Neptune in the 7th House, the constellations describe a climate of a rigid government that expresses itself in an authoritarian way through a court of praise (that appreciates their own fortune and enjoys it) whereas the adversaries don’t succeed to be incisive and constructive. They seem substantially malleable.
Because Jupiter-Neptune and Admetos are in the limits of their sign and house, in the successive houses they offer also an economical-reformative turn that doesn’t seem to interest the social more fortunated groups. However with the Moon on cusp 8 the common people (the civil society in its complex) is in heavy loss. This is an alarming reality. We will discuss this more in depth under d).
b2) CUPIDO and the Axis 3 - 9 in the USA : a very significant indicator (graphic n.4)
The third Ascendent House of the USA 2010 at 17°23’ Aries contains the natal Sun of the USA, at 13°19’Cancer, HADES (the evil) and Kronos the power of the leaders, so it deals with a sector of primary importance, which has its resonance in the opposite 9th house, definitely significant for the presence of the cuspal CUPIDO – higly important- and of Pluto.
The axis 3-9 is the axis of information, newspapers, public opinion, rapid movements within a wide ray, superior culture , politics, religion, travelling by air, abroad.. Therefore with cuspal CUPIDO the interests of some elitarian groups (lobby) could influence the public opinion, the politics and the government of the country.
We can gather additional information through the Dial 90°.
CUPIDO = ADMETOS (2nd House) = JUPITER - NEPTUNE (11th House = URANUS/VULCANUS (12th-4th House) = MERCURY / HADES = NODE / HADES (10th-3rd House)
The total of constellations is not reassuring : it signals a rapid and potent speculative tendency – even wild or fraudulous –on behalf of “penetrant”groups of the high finance that mobilise the capitals on the financial markets for purposes strictly connected to the values and expectations of themselves No morality can be expected from the speculative market, worrying the government, because of the possible damages it can spread..
As far as the real economy is concerned, considering the historical data collection of Bill Meridian, Jupiter in Acquarius is not fortunate for the USA. And though it ingresses Pisces in January 2010 the annual horoscope signals it in Aquarius and from this sign it will have a tendential influence on the whole year.
When we now move over to the personal horoscope of president , we see below that the axis of the annual Cupido hits his constellations : Mercury r. = Jupiter d. = URANUS r. = CUPIDO d = ADMETOS t : “not only will he have to deal with speculants or fraudulous bankers but also with terroristic groups”.
In this regard and in view of the well underlined axis of “flights” in the USA, at Christmas 2009, a few days after the astrological beginning of the New Year, terrorism hit once again( read the article on this web-site about the flight Amsterdam-Detroit) .
Considering the two alarming planetary figures; Admetos : terrorism, = Mars/Hades : assassinating actions , Hades acts also in this way in the USA and it is not to be underestimated. The President is personally called upon to direct this criminal situation (= Sun Obama / Kronos t.) with the help of the criminal investigating police ( = Hades /Kronos) and to act against the Evil.
c). continue : KRONOS : THE RULING POWER (with APOLLON and VULCANUS, MARS and SATURN) and THE ECONOMY.
A look in general at the Dial 360° (graphic n.1) shows very significant constellations falling in this interesting axis of power. The two “invisibles” Apollon and Vulcanus are “full factors” of Kronos and together with the visible planets Mars and Saturn they are positioned around 4 of the 8 axes of the Dial 360° . Therefore they are key-points of the interpretation.
The signification is extremely strong:: the power of the rulers will at one time act with extreme decision and agressive force and at another time show symptoms of indulge. Success is not always guaranteed.
If we ask ourselves in which camps this constellation acts, on the 72° degree (quintile aspect) we find the midpoint Uranus/Admetos, significator of terrorism. On this point the efforts of the governments should be focussed... but the results are uncertain..
As significator of wealth : APOLLON/VULCANUS = Saturn = Mars = Hadès/Admetos, doesn’t long for optimism . Into a frame of dificulties, work can become more precarious and the tenor of life degrade..
Notice : Together with the houses 3-9. also the house 11 dominates the USA during 2010. It is the seat of reforms, the battling horse of president Obama. In the annual horoscope, the 11th House contains Jupiter-Neptune and the Moon. The people might not believe in the efficacy of the reforms, in the money spent to guarantee the sanitary assistance of the weakest (the constellations Pluto+Cupido-Hades: sanitary welfare, in the chart of Obama it is in the axis of his natal Meridian and the trend Mars/Jupiter direct= Zeus transit: it is very probable that his perseverance and his abilities in this field will be rewarded). However, radical opiniated groups can be formed, favourable or contrary.
Let us verify these same constellations in the annual horoscope on the president of the USA Barack Obama,

But in difficult circumstances that see reflower the menace of terrorism (like the one of the attack at Christmas)he will stand up with words and energetic acts. As far as results, the constellations are too tough to ensure a full success in short term.
Other significant constellations of Barack Obama
We have other constellations that indicate how President Obama has no other choice. In his annual chart we find : AS t USA = VENUS t = POSEIDON t = ZEUS/KRONOS r = NEPTUNE/HADES r He prefers agressivity, whenever the circumstances (among which religious integralism)will threaten his country.Let us verify these same constellations in the annual horoscope on the president of the USA Barack Obama,

Furthermore the natal Sun of the USA is now on ZEUS and the MERIDIAN of Obama. Zeus represents the energy directed towards a well defined goal. Zeus means also the army.
For that reason the politics of peace could be sharpened by the president (at least partly).
Neptune/Hades is the “hidden evil” i.e. the organised terrorism (Al Queda ) . Infact : URANUSr. = CUPIDO d. = ADMETOS t = CUPIDO t = MERCURY r. = JUPITER d. = NODE t / SUN d. = MARS/ADMETOS r : The president will talk openly about the risk of new phenomena of organised terrorism. He will know how to act firmly to oppose it.
Obama, born with the planetarian aspect MARS=POSEIDON, is not a man of war and acts always with extreme mental lucidity. Now his MARS d = POSEIDON t = KRONOS r (is situated in the axis of the previous constellation) reassures that he will continue to do so, acting with intelligence in the difficult circumstances of the year and will not retire when it is the case to respond with force against an fraudulous and riotous enemy. This confirms the power of Zeus in the USA in 2010.
And then this : Obama, in charge of president, will firmly combat also on other fields, for example confronting the big banks and the business companies, as results from the following constellations:
SUN/KRONOS r. = SUN r./ASCENDENT t. = ADMETOS d. = MARS/ADMETOS t. = = MARS / JUPITER-NEPTUNE t. = JUPITER/KRONOS t. = CUPIDO/APOLLON t.
He might tend to limit the power of the financial lobbies, to frain their growth and put limits to the irresponsible speculations. He will fight a tough battle and success is possible even when Neptune doesn’t give an absolute guarantee..
C 1) On the constellations of the natal Ascendent of the USA there are also those of the annual Ascendent of Italy. F.i:
APOLLON (cusp 4th house) = KRONOS (12th house) = MARS (1st house) = SATURN (3rd house) = annual Ascendent ITALY :
Like for the USA these constellations concern THE GOVERNMENT and THE ECONOMY OF THE COUNTRY in 2010.
Both in Dial 360° and in Dial 90° (graphics n.5 bis and 6) these strong constellations are also connected with the actual prime-minister Berlusconi through the planetary figure: MOON NODE/SUN d Berlusconi= MOON NODE/ SUN r. ITALY.
The chain of constellations we can vision in the Dial 90° lets us foresee the behaviour of the prime-minister, who at a first glance results combative and tending to win the obstacles..
Without excluding that he might win his personal battles, his affairs are so connected to the affairs of the state, that the advent of problematic situations cannot be excluded. In these days there is much talk about shared reforms but a constellation like MARS=KRONOS excludes this. .Actually it indicates that the power of the prime-minister is authoritary and doesn’t consent divergency of opinions. This behaviour might not be declared but comes down to secret and tactic acting.(Kr in the12th house) With Saturn in the 3rd house the intentions in any case are not easy, there is difficulty in understanding each other..
At first sight the economic axis suggests a recovery (AS = APOLLON on the cusp of 4-10), and is an encouraging signal although doubts and problems are still there.
In fact the axis continues with:
= MOON / HADES = ARIES POINT / ADMETOS. There is undoubtedly in Italy a layer of people who will become even poorer or loose their jobs. (even when the media state that “the big storm is overcome , nobody hides the fact that the italians still pull their buckle belts and that others will loose their job during 2010. Moon/Hadés makes not only think of who becomes poorer because of the loss of work but also of the even more disgraced living on the streets of Italy. They are probably illegals who work in the submerged economy of the country and contribute to their wealth..
With Aries Point/Admetos, the corner in which they live is one of extreme misery.. In this respect we would indicate the planetary figure Uranus+Admetos = Pluto = ASCENDENT radix Italy = HADES r. Italy : the crisis is not yet superated, and if the situation signals improvements – considering Pluto as a positive factor- the presence of Hades r. suggests however that we are not over the crisis. Furthermore, observing the traditional annual horoscope with the Placidus house system, we find: Jupiter, Neptune and Moon in the 8th house square with Admetos in the 11th house (see above) This is not an indication of a real economic recovery, the more where Admetos in the 11th house tells that reforms are blocked or reduced to the minimum.
Moon/Hades, which is the people without work or forced to black work , sits also in the Dial 360° in the 8th house: location of loss, also of life. -. The constellations underline the gravity of the problem. Which reforms will the government prepare? The Sun of Italy in 2010 sits precisely in the 11th house, location of reforms, but with Admetos there is little hope and the reforms will be reduced to the minimum or be missing totally.
To complete we go to point d) below with the title: “a digression on the Moon”
d) : A digression ON THE MOON
The MOON of 2010 is very interesting for more motives :
1) is positioned at 27°05’ Acquarius at the same degree with a difference of a few minutes of the natal Moon of the USA (27°10’ Acquarius).
2).is strongly connected with the natal Sun and Moon of Italy.
3) Is positioned in the 5th house of the Earth Horoscope together with Jupiter and Neptune
4).is in the annual horoscope of the Usa in the 11th house, together with Jupiter and Neptune.
5)is in the annual horoscope of Italy however positoned on the cusp of the 8th house and connected to the AS through a quincunx whereas the radix Moon is on the cusp of the 2nd house and the natal Sun is in the 11th house.
The Ascendent being in Cancer, the Moon, people, population, has an oppressive weight on life in the nation. And that it will not be an easy fact is evident when we see the irritating aspect of the quincunx and the midpoint Hades/Vulcanus=Moon (violence).
In general the axis of the Moon is not positive.
It is important to clarify the signification of the Moon in the annual horoscope. The meaning of people, population ’ in the general world horoscope is situated in the end of the 5th house in the reforming but also socially independent sign of Acquarius: the people tend with Acquarius to re-appropiate an identity and to manifest in an independent way. However if a component of irritation is prevailing, it can happen in an agitated way. It is important to clarify that when we talk about the Moon f.i. for Italy, the USA etc we refer to the italian population, the american etc., having clear in mind that the unitary factor (italian, americans beings, subject to the laws and national governments) does not homologate all the people of a nation.
Therefore the Moon exists of various layers of the population belonging to different social circuits with different exigences-purposes-goals and ways of thinking
The Moon is a melting pot in the annual horoscope.
Thus said we will examine 2 cases: USA and ITALY.
We start with the Moon of the USA.
The Moon in Acquarius offers a key-reading of the american people. The benevolent and social qualities add up to a vivid sense of independence but also of participation – in the sense of feeling as a group, an elected group- and of the willpower not to be dominated by other populations. There is a tendency to influence the world with the own vision and interpretation of the reality.
The people are conscious of themselves and their own possibilities, love to measure up with the challenges of life and have an eye always focussed on the new and the future.
The acquarian Moon creates free spirits.
Because the Moon is positioned in the 3rd natal house and Mercury radix is in Cancer retrograde in the 8th house in exact quincunx with the 3rd house, the dialectics of the americans can be somewhat rigid, unilateral but volitive and pushed by ideology (they are ready to affirm it with power when necessary).
They are good divulgers, love science and technology and appreciate those at their level. In the natal chart Uranus (ruler Moon) is in sextile with the Moon Node: the american people are basically objective, donated with human and friendly qualities which makes them well accepted by others.
In 2010 the transit Moon refinds its natal position and there is no doubt that the people keep the same gifts of independence and ideology which distinguishes them as always and still identify with the national pride.
The “double” MOON of the USA sits, as already stated before, in the 11th House of reforms. However these can be attended or not attended, and refer to a layer of people struck by the following planetary pictures:

The meaning is “bad news referring to environmental disasters and/or pessimistic discourses on the side of the opposition party. Rise of fear of organised criminality from abroad. which can explode suddenly. Daily life, labour and money worries the people, conscious of being at the beginning of a new course, tough and difficult of which is unknown how long it will last.
The changes proceed slowly on the political and governmental level as far as the daily reality of the people is concerned, namely labour, occupation and health. That means more sacrifices and losses, scarcity and unease. These problems are being discussed on a governmental level but the action of the government can delude the people (for different motives)”
As far as Italy, what we have said earlier concerning the economic factors represents already a huge treat of the problem. In particular the Moon – people – is located on the cusp of the 8th house with Hades/Vulcanus (12th house) = Zeus/Admetos (3rd-10th house) : the economic preoccupations are a priority to the people who want economic security where they are finding themselves at the risk of loss. The government talks about new initiations, and recovery, but there are secret forces that act in the shadow of fraudulence (criminality) and have surely a conditioning weight. The changes in the daily life of the people (problems of occupation, labour, and health) according to the common opinion are considered difficult. The words and actions of the government as far as the quality of life of the population seem convincing but not all are going to believe it..
LAST CONSIDERATIONS AND WARNINGS
The other planets, invisible not mentioned , in their very slow motion occupy the same sectors of last year (Udo Rudolph stated their meanings in an extensive article already published here), and therefore we skip them and go over to observe the position of a slow planet visible: URANUS.
URANUS on the 29th of May 2010 will ingress the sign Aries in the 7th house of the World Horoscope. The peace and war treaties between the nations are invested in winds of news and agitation. The situations of equilibrium will be largely at risk whereas it is possible that the “individualisms” tend to prevail over the intentions and compromises. Unforeseen ruptions will become possible.
At its best, Uranus can break up static situations and set up new models of intentions. But we already know that Uranus will meet Hades and its message is clear: if the intention lacks of “serving” the problems, the situations will worsen. Moreover HADES in the 10th House of the World Horoscope where KRONOS already is, doesn’t speak up in favour of capable leaders.
